Pan Grilled Peri Peri Chicken – Home style (mild hot )

 For Marination :
Chicken - 8-10 (chicken thighs)
For the marination:
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Paprika powder –  1 tsp
Lemon juice –  1 tbsp
Yogurt – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
freshly crushed pepper –  1 tsp
Salt – to taste.
Steps to follow:
Mix all the ingredients,  now the peri peri sauce is ready for the marination.

Add the prepared sauce for marinating the chicken. Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. 

 Preheat the grill pan and apply one tbsp olive oil and arrange the chicken pieces and close it.
 Turn and cook each side for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  Now the delicious peri peri chicken is ready .

 Serve with Coleslaw, French fries and breads.
