Easy Fish Fry / Fish 65 / ஈசி மீன் வறுவல்

red snapper fish - half kg
chicken 65 powder- 3-4 tsp, + half tsp  rice flour
lime juice - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste
oil - to shallow fry & 1 arc curry leaves.

Steps to follow:
Clean, cut wash thoroughly and drain fish pieces.
Add the masala,lime juice salt and mix well, marinate it for an  hour.

 Heat oil , add curry leaves, then add fish pieces. Shallow fry the fish pieces both sides until crisp and golden brown.
Serve immediately.

Mango milk shake / மாம்பழ மில்க் ஷேக்

mangoes - 3 medium size
full fat milk - 500ml + 500 ml water (boil and keep aside)
few ice cubes
sugar - to taste.

Serves - 6.
Wash mangoes, remove the skin and cut into small cubes then add to the blender, add sugar,ice cubes and milk . Blend till smooth.
Pour to the glass tumblers and serve immediately.

Chicken gizzard masala

Fresh chicken gizzard - 400 gm
onion chopped - 1
tomato chopped - 1
green chilli chopped - 1
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,fennel powder,pepper powder - each half tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste.

Steps to follow:
Clean,cut, rinse and drain the chicken gizzards.
In a pressure pan heat oil and add chopped onion, gg paste,chopped tomato, chilli. Then finally add salt to taste. Let it cook in low flame.
Add all masalas and then mix well.
Then add gizzard, masala mix, add half cup water and cook it for 3-4 whistles.
Super soft tasty gizzard masala is ready to serve.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice or tiffin varieties.

Vegetable Egg Sandwich / வெஜிடபிள் எக் சாண்ட்விச்.

Sandwich bread slices – 12
Shredded cabbage & carrot – each one cup
Onion chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 1
Ginger garlic chopped – each 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Salt & pepper – to taste
Oil – 1 + 2 tsp
Soup cube - 1
Egg – 2
Spreadable cheese & tomato sauce – to taste.

Serves - 3-4 .
Steps to follow:-

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan  saute chopped onion till soft then add chopped green chilli,ginger garlic and saute well in a medium flame.

Add chopped tomatoes.Stir well till soft.
Add shredded carrot and cabbage, mix well. Allow to cook for few minutes.
Add powdered soup cube.Mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander. Keep aside.
If you prefer egg beat 2 eggs with salt & pepper to taste.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan scramble the egg and mix with sauteed veggies.

Add pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Cut the edges of bread slices.
Spread cheese and tomato sauces in each bread slices to taste.

Then spread 2 tbsp of veg egg mix over the bread slices.Close the bread slices.

Keep it in  toaster till crisp.
Cut the bread slices and serve hot.

Yummy healthy vegetable bread sandwich is ready to serve.Serve with mint raitha or cucumber raitha.
